Holiday Schedules
We wish everyone a safe and successful holiday season. Below are the schedules for the upcoming holidays.

| Christmas Customer Service Hours |

| Customer Service will be available until 12:00pm Eastern Time on Christmas Eve, Thursday, December 24th. We will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday on Friday, December 25th. We will resume normal operating hours on Monday, December 28th. Customers who have orders delivered to their studios will not get a delivery on Christmas Eve, Thursday, December 24th unless special arrangements have been made with Customer Service no later than Tuesday, December 22nd. Deliveries will be made to our retail stores on Christmas Eve. |

Orders sent in past cutoff time (7:00 pm EST for Lab Corrected Prints, 11:00 pm EST for all other orders) on Wednesday, December 23rd will be printed on Sunday, December 27th and will follow a normal turnaround time after being printed. |

| Wednesday, December 23rd: packages shipped today with 2nd Day Air will arrive on Monday, December 28th. Thursday, December 24th: packages due to ship with UPS Ground will not be shipped on this day. UPS Ground packages will ship on Monday, December 28th. All other orders shipping with First Class Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air will ship out as usual on this day. Packages shipping with Next Day Air will be delivered Monday, December 28th. 2nd Day Air packages will be delivered Tuesday, December 29th. * UPS does not guarantee the delivery dates for Ground shipments or Standard Canadian shipments from December 11th- 24th. The United States Postal Service also does not guarantee the delivery date for orders shipped with First Class Mail. December Holiday Deadline Recommendations
UPDATE: The deadline for orders containing Press Printed Products is Saturday, December 19th, at 12:00 PM EST. Be sure to submit all of your Press Printed orders via ROES by this time to ensure they will ship by Wednesday, December 23rd. Any orders for Press Printed Products received after 12:00pm EST, Saturday, December 19th will not be printed until Monday, December 28th. These orders will follow a normal turnaround time after this date. No rush orders will be available for these products after Friday, December 18th. Rush orders must be confirmed with Customer Service during normal business hours. This only applies to any products found in the Press Printed Catalog in the ROES software: Books, Folded and Flat Cards, Calendars, Business Cards, and Posters.
Be sure to order early so that you and your customers will receive orders in time for the holidays. To receive orders by Wednesday, December 23rd, orders should arrive to us before the cutoff times (7:00 pm EST for Lab Corrected Prints, 11:00 pm EST for all other orders) by the following dates:
