Normal hours (Mondays-Fridays 8:30am-5:30pm EST) resume Monday, December 22
We’re here to help! From Tuesday, September 2 through Friday, December 19, Customer Service will be available from 8:30am-6:30pm EST Mondays through Fridays.
At least one Customer Service Representative will be available for phone and email based support until 6:30pm EST Mondays through Fridays during this time period.
COLUMBUS DAY 2025- USPS HOLIDAY, MONDAY, OCTOBER 13
Monday, October 13 is Columbus Day, which is a holiday observed by USPS. There will be no pickups or deliveries for USPS packages on Monday, October 13. Orders scheduled to ship on Monday, October 13 via USPS will ship out on Tuesday, October 14.

VETERAN’S DAY 2025- USPS HOLIDAY, TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 11
Veteran’s Day will be observed by USPS on Tuesday, November 11. There will be no pickups or deliveries for USPS packages on Tuesday, November 11. Orders scheduled to ship on Tuesday, November 11 via USPS will ship out on Wednesday, November 12.
