JUNETEENTH NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE DAY 2026- USPS HOLIDAY

There will be no pickups or deliveries for UPS Mail Innovations or USPS packages on Friday, June 19 in observance of the Juneteenth National Independence Day. Orders scheduled to ship on Friday, June 19 via UPS Mail Innovations or USPS will ship out on Monday, June 22.

UPS will still operate as usual on this day for all Ground, 3 Day Select, 2^nd Day Air, and Next Day Air services. Please keep this in mind for any deadlines you might have around this date. View the full list of USPS 2026 Postal Holidays here.

SUMMER 2026 SCHEDULE

• Orders will not print or ship on these dates (and will resume normal production on the next business day) 
• Customer Service will be available for limited hours from 9:00am-1:00pm EST on these dates (and will otherwise be available normal hours)

Customer Service Schedule Changes

Customer Service will be available for limited hours (9:00am-1:00pm EST) on the following dates: June 26, July 2*, 10, 17, and 24. Customer Service will still be available as usual from 8:30am-5:30pm EST Mondays-Thursdays during this time period. *Please note: our offices will be closed Friday, July 3 in observance of Independence Day.

Beginning Monday, July 27, Customer Service will resume standard hours (8:30am-5:30pm EST Mondays-Fridays).

Production Schedule Changes

No orders will print on the following Thursday evenings: June 25, July 1-2*, 9, 16, and 23. *No orders will print on Wednesday, July 1 or Thursday, July 2 – our offices will be closed Friday, July 3 in observance of Independence Day.

Orders sent in past cutoff time (7:00pm EST for orders containing Lab Corrected Prints; 11:00pm EST for all other orders) on the Wednesdays listed below will be printed on the following Sunday nights and will then follow a normal in-lab turnaround time.

*We will be closed Wednesday, July 1 and Thursday, July 2 in observance of Independence Day.

We’ll resume our standard production schedule (printing Sunday-Thursday evenings) on Sunday, July 26

Shipping Schedule Changes

No orders will ship from the lab on the Fridays listed below. Orders originally scheduled to ship on one of these Fridays will ship on the following Monday.

We’ll resume our normal shipping schedule (shipping Mondays-Fridays) on Monday, July 27.
