JUNETEENTH NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE DAY 2025- USPS HOLIDAY

There will be no pickups or deliveries for UPS Mail Innovations or USPS packages on Thursday, June 19 in observance of the Juneteenth National Independence Day. Orders scheduled to ship on Thursday, June 19 via UPS Mail Innovations or USPS will ship out on Friday, June 20.

UPS will still operate as usual on this day for all Ground, 3 Day Select, 2^nd Day Air, and Next Day Air services. Please keep this in mind for any deadlines you might have around this date. View the full list of USPS 2025 Postal Holidays here.

INDEPENDENCE DAY HOLIDAY CLOSING JULY 2025

We will be observing the Independence Day holiday on Friday, July 4. Our offices will be closed Friday, July 4 for the holiday. On Thursday, July 3, we’ll be observing our modified Summer schedule, which affects our production/shipping schedule and Customer Service availability (view additional details below and online here).

Orders scheduled to ship out on Thursday, July 3 or Friday, July 4 will ship out on Monday, July 7.

Orders sent in past cutoff time (7:00 pm EST for orders containing Lab Corrected prints or products, 11:00 pm EST for all other orders) on Tuesday, July 1 will be printed Sunday evening, July 6 and will follow a normal turnaround time after being printed.

No shipments will be shipped or delivered from any shipping carriers on Friday, July 4. Shipments already in transit that were originally scheduled to be delivered on Friday, July 4 will be delivered on Monday, July 7.

We’ll resume normal business hours at 8:30am EST Monday, July 7. Contact Customer Service for more information or assistance.

SUMMER 2025 SCHEDULE

Please take note of our modified Summer schedule affecting production/shipping and Customer Service availability on the following dates: June 27, July 3*, 11, 18, and 25. *Please note: our offices will be closed Friday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.

On the Fridays listed above:

• Orders will not print or ship on these dates (and will resume normal production on the next business day)
• Customer Service will be available for limited hours from 9:00am-1:00pm EST on these dates (and will otherwise be available normal hours)

Customer Service Schedule Changes

Customer Service will be available for limited hours (9:00am-1:00pm EST) on the following dates: June 27, July 3*, 11, 18, and 25. Customer Service will still be available as usual from 8:30am-5:30pm EST Mondays-Thursdays during this time period. *Please note: our offices will be closed Friday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.

Beginning Monday, July 28, Customer Service will resume standard hours (8:30am-5:30pm EST Mondays-Fridays).

Production Schedule Changes

No orders will print on the following Thursday evenings: June 26, July 2-3*, 10, 17, and 24. *No orders will print on Wednesday, July 2 or Thursday, July 3 – our offices will be closed Friday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.

Orders sent in past cutoff time (7:00pm EST for orders containing Lab Corrected Prints; 11:00pm EST for all other orders) on the Wednesdays listed below will be printed on the following Sunday nights and will then follow a normal in-lab turnaround time.

*We will be closed Wednesday, July 2 and Thursday, July 3 in observance of Independence Day.

We’ll resume our standard production schedule (printing Sunday-Thursday evenings) on Sunday, July 27.

Shipping Schedule Changes

No orders will ship from the lab on the Fridays listed below. Orders originally scheduled to ship on one of these Fridays will ship on the following Monday.
