Normal hours (Mondays-Fridays 8:30am-5:30pm EST) resume Monday, December 23
We’re here to help! From Tuesday, September 3 through Friday, December 20, Customer Service will be available from 8:30am-6:30pm EST Mondays through Fridays.
At least one Customer Service Representative will be available for phone and email based support until 6:30pm EST Mondays through Fridays during this time period.
VETERAN’S DAY 2024- USPS HOLIDAY, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 11
Veteran’s Day will be observed by USPS on Monday, November 11. There will be no pickups or deliveries for USPS packages on Monday, November 11. Orders scheduled to ship on Monday, November 11 via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail will ship out on Tuesday, November 12.
