Richmond Pro Lab’s ROES Web Lite is a new online version of the well-known ROES Desktop software. ROES Web Lite loads in your web browser for quick and easy ordering of some of our most popular products and services. Log in with your Richmond Pro Lab account credentials for simple online ordering that’s very similar to ROES Desktop.

If you’re an existing customer, it’s easy to try ROES Web Lite! Log in to ROES Web Lite as you normally would in ROES Desktop (using your account number and password). Orders placed through ROES Web Lite will be treated like any other orders for your account in terms of pricing, services, in-lab turnaround times, and shipping.

What’s different about ROES Web Lite?

ROES Web Lite offers a simplified version of our product catalogs for quick online ordering of some of our most popular products and services – from any computer, tablet, or smartphone! Since ROES Web Lite operates in a web browser, products have web link URLs that can be bookmarked and shared.

At this time, certain products and services from ROES Desktop are not available in ROES Web Lite. They include but are not limited to:

• Pre-pay and proof envelopes, graphic templates (sports and school template collections), favorites/packages, press printed products, proof books and albums, and data-driven products & services (the ROES Events module)
