We have negotiated discounted rates with all our shipping carriers, and we pass those savings along to you. In order to provide you with the absolute lowest price, your order’s shipping cost is not calculated until it’s ready to ship from the lab. That way, we charge you what it costs us to ship your orders.
Our shipping costs are determined by the weight and dimensions of the package, the recipient’s address, and the shipping method chosen. To view your actual shipping costs after your orders have shipped, view your Shipping History, and/or choose to receive our shipping notification emails. To sign up for the shipping notification emails, please edit your account information.

Minimum Order Requirements & Handling Fees
There is a $5 minimum for all orders. If your order does not meet the minimum amount (excluding shipping costs), the price will automatically be adjusted to $5 at the lab. Batch orders from Photoreflect LE/Darkroom Software will continue to be treated as single orders.
Minimum order fees do not impact shipping charges, and do not apply to no-charge remake orders. If you’re placing high-volumes of small drop-ship orders, contact Customer Service to find out if lower prices are available based on your needs.
Holidays for Shipping Carriers
Please be aware that UPS and the USPS may not operate on certain US holidays. This may affect transit and delivery times for packages. View the complete lists of holidays observed by our shipping carriers online here: UPS Holiday Schedule, and USPS Postal Holidays. Be sure to keep these dates in mind when you have order deadlines.
