Our prints may be up to 1/16-1/8 of an inch smaller than the size ordered due to our automatic paper cutters, which automatically trim two sides of the prints. Larger prints are cut down by hand and are truer to size, but still may vary slightly. If you need an exact print size, please contact Customer Service to determine the best option.
We’re able to produce luster and glossy prints up to 30 inches wide, by virtually any length. For sizes not found within our software and/or Price Guide, please contact Customer Service for pricing and ordering instructions. For prints over 30 inches wide, we offer our Fine Art Giclée Watercolor or Unstretched Canvas prints.
The archival life of our luster and glossy prints is approximately 100 years. This is contingent upon the prints being kept dry and out of direct sunlight and high temperatures.
We offer several options for volume orders.
Volume Packaged: Orders must consist of 50 or more print units and will receive a batch color/density correction. Contact Customer Service for more information about what packaging materials and other options like sorting, bundling, labeling, reorder inserts/stuffers, are available.
Volume Unpackaged: Orders must consist of 50 or more print units and will receive a batch color/density correction. Prints are then packaged together (NOT individually in portrait envelopes by sitting).
