Most orders are completed in 48 hours or less, but our in-lab turnaround times vary depending on the products that were ordered and when the order was received by the lab. We offer next day in-lab turnarounds on orders containing only prints, submitted before 11:00pm EST Sunday through Thursday nights (7:00pm EST for Lab Corrected prints or products, and Competition Prints). Specialty items, mounting and spraying services have a two day in-lab turnaround, and gallery wraps, graphic background posters, and press printed items have a three day in-lab turnaround. The due dates for orders containing items with different in-lab turnaround times (i.e. a direct print and a mug) are determined by the items with the longest in-lab turnaround time (the aforementioned example would have a two day in-lab turnaround time). The in-lab turnaround time for an order is completely separate from the shipping method. Your order will ship on the scheduled due date based on the method you’ve selected. Additionally, choosing Next Day or Overnight shipping will not affect the in-lab turnaround time for your order. If you need an order rushed, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to discuss what options are available.
Contact Customer Service to confirm the date and time we’ll need to receive your order by, as well as the necessary shipping method you’ll need to select in order get your items when you need them. We always suggest that you contact us ahead of time if you are concerned about receiving an order by a particular date and we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs.
If you need an order rushed, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. The sooner we know about the situation, the more likely it is that well be able to accommodate you. Any requests for orders (excluding remakes) to be completed faster than our standard in-lab turnaround times will be considered Rush Services. Rush Services must be approved by Customer Service, and will incur fees as follows:
– Same Day Rush Service Fees (for orders to be completed in less than a 1-day in-lab turnaround time period): For orders over $15: an additional 100% of each order’s cost will be added. For orders under $15: a $15 rush fee will be added to each order’s total. For example, a Same Day Rush for 20 Direct Luster 8×10 prints (costing $20), would be $20, making the final total $40. A Same Day Rush for 1 Direct Luster 8×10 print (costing $1), would make the final total $16.
– Standard Rush Service Fees (for orders to be completed faster than our normal in-lab turnaround times, excluding Same Day Rush Services): For orders under $100, an additional $10 fee will be added to each order’s total. For orders over $100, an additional fee of 10% of each order’s cost will be added. For example, a Standard Rush for an 11×14 gallery wrap (costing $54) to be completed in 2 days instead of the normal 3 day in-lab turnaround time for wraps, would be $10, making the final total $64. A Standard Rush for a 30×40 gallery wrap (costing $166.50) to be completed in 2 days would be $16.65, making the final total $183.15.
Rush Services do not apply to shipping costs, nor do they impact shipping methods or transit/delivery times. You’ll still need to choose an appropriate shipping method in order to guarantee delivery by a certain date/time. Rush Services are not available for discounted studio sample orders.
