If your order arrives damaged, first assess the outside packaging to determine if it was damaged during shipping. Please be sure to keep the entire damaged parcel until you receive the replacement order in the event that UPS requires inspection. Then contact Customer Service as soon as possible to have the order remade.

Prints will usually not match when they’ve been printed at different labs, and we can’t guarantee a color match. However, we do offer extensive Color Management resources available to help ensure your satisfaction. If you have a special project that requires color-matching, it may be possible for us to match to a guide print. Please contact Customer Service for more information.

We typically do not require that you return the order for remakes or refunds. In special situations, we may request that you send it back to us at our cost for further investigation. Contact Customer Service for any refunds or remakes.
